Managing files using Windows Explorer
Objectives
After completing this unit you should be able to:
- Use Windows Explorer
- Navigate through different folders
- Create new folders on the PC
- Copy delete and rename files and folders
- Connect the digital camera to the PC using a USB cable
- Insert the memory card from the camera into the card reader on the computer to allow the transfer of images.
- Use Windows Explorer to transfer photographs from a camera to a specific folder on the PC.
- Use Windows Vista AutoPlay to transfer photographs from a camera to a specific folder on the PC.
- Use Windows Explorer to back up images onto a CD or DVD
- Use Windows Explorer to delete all the photos stored on the camera.
