Lesson 8 - Transferring images from your digital camera using Windows Explorer.

At the end of this lesson, you will be able to use Windows Explorer to execute the procedure for transferring photographs from your camera to a specific folder on the PC by locating the removable disk containing the image, right-clicking on the image with the mouse and selecting copy, navigating to the folder where you want to store the image and pasting the image into the new location.

After you take pictures with your digital camera it is necessary to know how to transfer the images to your computer and back them up for safe keeping; this allows you to free up space on your memory card allowing you take more pictures with your camera.
